Serious engineering — that deserved more than the anonymous web presence the industry defaults to.

We built b-plus-ag.de as more than a brochure: a clear six-field architecture for clients — and a recruiting engine for the firm’s scarcest resource. In a market where every Ingenieurbüro competes for the same engineers, the Karriere hub turns job ads into proper landing pages, and campaigns put them in front of the right candidates. Applications land directly in the inbox.
