A Jugendberufsagentur bundles employment agency, Jobcenter and youth services to guide young people into training and careers. In Brandenburg, three of them — Potsdam, Brandenburg an der Havel and Teltow-Fläming — needed what public institutions rarely have: one warm, young, recognisable brand and a single digital front door that parents and teenagers actually want to use.

We created the complete branding and CI, built meinejbainbrandenburg.de around it — and have run the platform since 2022: publishing workshops and employer events, handling registrations and enquiries from users and partner institutions, and keeping three agencies’ content current. The events calendar planning months ahead isn’t decoration — it’s the operation, visible.

The operating engagement
Most agency work ends at launch. This one didn’t: for a public-sector platform, the value is in the running — fresh events, answered enquiries, three locations kept in sync, and a site that stays secure and accessible. That’s the model we now call a systems retainer; this engagement has proven it since 2022.
